THIS WAS THE CHALLENGE
Newport, a financial wellness company, wanted to go through a comprehensive transformative rebrand to attract new customers that they felt were missing. Their collateral and website were very text driven with dated graphic illustrations that didn't convey the warmth of their story. We felt they needed a humanistic approach to match their financial wellness brand values. The challenge was to help them think differently.
 
HERE'S WHAT HAPPENED
First we listened, always a good first step! lol. After reviewing the current brand we felt it needed a more compelling story. We simplified their name, then designed a new logo and an easy-to-navigate website offering an engaging digital experience. As part of this effort, a metaphorical storytelling approach to Newport's rebrand launch video was created, along with editorial style photography for all collateral. Ultimately creating a brand identity showcasing the company's evolution and progressive vision, which resonated effectively with their target market.

The Newport Group, a leading provider of retirement plans and insurance services, aimed to revitalize their marketing. With over $300 billion in assets and a million plan participants, unanimous agreement on rebranding was essential. We began by editing their existing name, leading to a logo redesign, website overhaul, curated photography, updated color palette, collateral refresh and brand launch video to tell their new story, resulting in new business and significant asset growth.
